I think you will find that this is happening because of a change in R6. In older versions of R5 if you had a cluster and quota's set, when a user exceeded the quota the cluster replication stopped working... When you upgrade to 6 it is default that the quota's does not affect cluster replication, so all of your user that were over there quota suddenly replicated with the cluster replica of their mailfile.
